Who we are
Daily Accountability Partner (DailyAccountabilityPartner.com) is a free collection of browser-based habit tracking tools designed to help people build consistent daily routines. The tools are free to use and always will be — no subscription, no paywall, no strings attached.
This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this site, by whom, and how your personal habit data is handled.
What we do not collect
We — the operators of this site — do not collect any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifying information
- Account credentials of any kind (there are no accounts)
- Your habit goals, reading progress, wake-up times, streaks, or any other data you enter into the tools
- Your location, device fingerprint, or behavioral analytics
The data you enter into our tools is stored exclusively in your own browser using the browser's built-in localStorage feature. It is never transmitted to our servers or anyone else's.
What Cloudflare may collect
This site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, a third-party infrastructure and security provider. As part of normal hosting operations, Cloudflare may collect server-level information, which can include:
- Your IP address
- The pages you visit and the time of those visits
- Your browser type and operating system
- Referring URLs
This data is collected by Cloudflare as part of its service — not by us — and is subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not have direct access to or control over the specific data Cloudflare collects at the infrastructure level.
Cookies
This site does not set any cookies of its own. However, Cloudflare may set cookies on your device as part of its security, performance, and DDoS protection services. These are infrastructure-level cookies and are not used to track you for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-party resources
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and the font requested, subject to Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party resources are loaded by default.
Your habit data and your responsibility
Because your goals and progress data are stored only in your browser's localStorage, this site is built with privacy by design — the architecture itself ensures your personal data never reaches us. However, this design also means you are solely responsible for your data.
The Import feature in each tool allows you to restore from a backup file on any device or browser. We strongly encourage regular exports, especially before clearing browser data, switching devices, or performing major browser updates.
Geographic scope
This site is operated for users located in the United States. It is not directed at residents of the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction outside the United States. If you are accessing this site from outside the United States, you do so at your own discretion, and we make no representations that the site or its content complies with the laws or regulations of your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly serve users subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, or similar non-US frameworks, and nothing in this policy should be construed as an attempt to comply with those frameworks.
Children
This site does not direct any services toward children under the age of 13. We do not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Any data entered into the tools exists only on the user's own device.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
